Well well, what can I say? I couldn't stop myself from picking this as a topic for my blog and writing all about this amazing company that I fortunately got placed in and interning in as well. And the first thing I wanted to say to everyone is that this company is my Dream Company for a reason. It was love-at-first-sight feeling when I came to Freshworks for attending a Workshop. And that's when I knew, we were just meant to be. And guess what, I wasn't wrong, it really is a Fantabulously-Fantastic Company and we are really hitting it off! XD :D
This company has just been 7 years old, and it has shown an exponential growth in the market. It started with its first product, "Freshdesk", as it was formerly known, which was recently renamed as "Freshworks", to owning 7 products presently, with the latest three products launched in the last 6 months.
The most amazing thing about this company is that it encourages employees to play with their strengths, their passion, their love. Even if you are from the Mechanical background with a passion for coding, this is a perfect place for you. You get what you love so that it doesn't become an everyday-same-routine job; instead, it becomes love. It is the best place to learn, to grow and to realize your interest.
The second best thing is the office. It is beautifully decorated with mosaics, paintings, abstracts and random things. With a mini golf area, table tennis dedicated chamber and foosball cabin, from swings to slides, this office is filled with fun. Also, the work culture is brilliant. Timings are quite flexible and once you have gained the trust of the company, you are on your own clock to tackle the hurdles in your job. And the most significant aspect is that you learn from your mistakes.
From fun-filled events to making us love the job, from keeping us stress-free to giving us amazing food, Freshworks is one of the best companies to join in. Neither will you get dragged to office by time, nor will you ever complain to your friend saying you don't like going to work. Let's face it, Freshworks employees make all employees of other companies feel jealous. And what is the secret behind it? We are a part of an amazing family and it never feels bad to be a part of one.
