Her Dreams

She followed, praised by everyone,
How she wished if she could be a little more.
Growth was what she was hungry for
Yet somehow world seemed to be sour.
She heard women were breaking stereotypes,
Oh, what she would give to do just that,
But society seems to have her locked,
All she had was hope and the will for combat.
Early as a bird, hard-working as an ant,
She gave her all, yet the sight of success was faint.
People told she was not made for it,
She was weak, women, for heights not fit.
And then, one day, life smiled at her,
Now, she flew to heights, success accompanied later.
Supporters for her always hard to find;
All those who never believed, now followed behind!

Passion & Happiness

Hola Amigos everyone.

Let's be different today. Let’s be practical and talk practically. No romance novel or frictional concepts today, you guys know as I normally write. Let’s talk about our passion and happiness.

Being a blog writer or as a matter of fact, any social platform content creator is very difficult. You have to come up with new content every day. The only thing you think about is content and how else you can entertain your viewers.

But guess what, it never gets boring. There is always something that drives us to achieve our target. That is what is passion. The one thing that keeps us going, keeps us motivated and inspired, feeds ideas in our brain, that is passion. It's not something that we can train ourselves to do. It is something that comes from within.

When you do something you like doing, it fuels your passion. Passion when fueled, it produces happiness. These two are directly proportional to each other.

However, the path to that happiness isn’t really that easy. People criticise depending on what they think is right and considering you completely wrong. There was one instance when someone commented on my writings as “She writes like a 5yr old writing an essay” which made me so mad that time. But eventually, when I looked through, I realized, it wasn’t completely false either.

Writing about romance or love is something that a teen girl would write. I agree. I am still one. :p Probably because I am hopelessly romantic, I write so much about love. But guess what, I love writing on Love. It is my favorite topic and it will continue to be. Sometimes in life, you should trust your own heart and keep going, regardless of what otherwise anyone else might have to offer.

Now I have branched out to other topics as well, like something motivational or for a social cause, but that will never refrain me from writing about the one thing that I love the most: LOVE.

So there goes my understanding of Passion and Happiness.
What’s yours?

The Glowing Moon

She wished to be there, high up in the sky
Among millions of stars, that one glowing moon!
But she stopped and thought, Cuz her heart was dry,
Was it too big to wish for too soon?

Her heart skipped a beat, Cuz the answer was no...
She had to prepare, for the storm accompanied the snow.
Her heart was calm and her eyes on fire,
She knew she had to fulfill her heart's desire.

Off she went, raging across the sea,
She had to find her destiny
Cutting through the howling winds and showers,
Cuz she wasn't meant to be adorned with the flowers.

People mocked, people hurt her pride
She is a girl, they said, and she must be a bride!
People looked at her and said, “Oh, she is not strong”,
But she smiled and replied, “I am here to prove you wrong!”

She was a warrior, she knew, not a princess,
Armor of determination, mind never a mess.
Her sword was her will, her hands not shivering,
She brawled, she thrived, focus not quivering.

At last, she won her battle, the little girl overjoyed
The world was in awe, she was a complete wonder.
She won, like a real hero, her haters annoyed
She ruled the sky, glowing more than any other.

Live your Dream

Who are parents? Our support for pillars, right? They give us morals and values in our life, help us grow up and become successful in life! But what if they become selfish? What if for them what they want blinds them to such an extent that they can't see their item child suffering? Is it right? Is it morale? Is it how its supposed to be?
I don't know!
In India, there is a general mentality that a boy or a girl had only two career options: Doctor and Engineering! What if your child doesn't want to become either of those? What if they are not good at studies and they have other talents which if pursued as career, they can reach extreme heights???
There are so many engineers sitting unemployed, having no idea what they would do with their life. Because that's our education system's boon. We study, memorize and then forget! What if that's what a person can't do? Is it wrong for him or her to oppose the idea of the CHOICE? The CHOICE of engineer or doctor?
What if there is a singer in them, or a dancer, a director or a photographer? What if they cook well? What if their passion can make them successful but all they need is a little support!
Can the parents agree to give that support? Or do they want their children to bear the burden of their wishes and selfish desires for their entire life and finally dying with a REGRET! Is that what you want?
I want to ask those parents, what is more important, your selfish desires burdening your child or their happiness? Which weighs more in your measure machine of priority? If it's the latter, then support your children to becoming what they want! And if it's the former, then it's time you ask this question to yourself, "Do I deserve to be a parent?"
